They're stuck with what they've got until they can find new sources. So it would be interesting to see how they would manage those severe resource restrictions. Try to blitz across as much land as possible before it all runs out and then pray that the land they've managed to take has some resources they can use. The issue with GATE is they never have any real issues actually fighting because they have infinite resources to back up the absurd power gap.
