I think Fumi will attempt to kill himself once he's sure Ayano's future is secured and her real manager is back. One of the biggest predictors of suicide is perceived burdenness combined with a lack of meaningful relationships with others. He's already teetering on the edge after whatever the fuck Akari did to him but feels that Ayano needs him; once he perceives that he is no longer useful to her he will return to ruminating about his failures with Akari and nitpick all the mistakes he made with Ayano, and his isolation will compound the effect this has on him. That's one of the big similarities with Fumi and Ayano. He cares for her in a deep way and keeps justifying their relationship because he feels a need to be there for her, but simultaneously she is falling in love with him. He is hurting her while trying to help her. Also she broke up with me because she knew that love wasn't there, then when she tried to get back together almost immediately, I decided it was over. Ayano starts distancing herself from Fumi in a similar way. She's much stronger than Fumi in that way.
