The magic system has that common issue of apparently being basically a secret kept by the cast that normalfags never heard of, but then magic users also are legendary heroes that kill armies and conquer nations single handedly, and magic warlords regularly patrol the continent. This is a common issue in poorly made magic stories.

And Luffy x Uta I guess.Otherwise there's never any shipbait at all other than headcanon stuff.Luffy x Robin had potential realistically if the characters were realistic but I think the editors keep stuff like this intentionally vague to keep the focus on the adventure.It makes the series interesting to experience but any fanfiction regarding romance in OnePiece is ultimately going to be you headcanoning and bending over personalities to make a pairing work since the actual show only baits two pairings that I listed
