Saw they're still making this but I haven't kept up with it since season 4 which was over 10 years ago. Is it easy to jump back in or should I just rewatch it? Is it still the same quality?

I was in the same sort of position, but just jumped right in at the start of S5 and watched through. It's much the same as before, a bit less friend-of-the-week, and a bit more on-going interactions with people and recurring youkai.
