Back in middle school I watched Green Green which I heard was the worst anime of all time, ended up enjoying it from what I remember.

Aside from some OVAs and shorts like Eiken, Mars of Destruction, it's this. Checks out, the anime really butchered the VN from start to finish.

That is my second lowest. Gave it a 5/10 myself cause I think it felt super generic. But it still had some nice fanservice and decent characters. It wasn't offensively bad at least.

Worst rated? Apparently Bikini Warriors according to MAL ratings, I enjoyed it for what it was though.
Worst? Couldn't tell you, the truly awful stuff I drop and the mediocre stuff I finish doesn't really stay in my memory.

Tasuuketsu comes to mind, a great series with great writing which only criticism you will ever hear is that "it doesn't make sense" because not explaining things in your first episode is too much for people so it seems.
