I thought what gives so I looked up some dimensions...It turns out if your package is 30cm (1 ft) or less you should be able to get the reasonable DHL pricing (~4000-8000yen) but if one of your items hits 40cm or longer the shipping cost goes exponential so your only option is boat.The thing is though, if your package is 30cm or less you should also be able to get Air Small Packet Registered which is like the best option. So in the end I just get DHL for single shipment lewds / cast-offs which I absolutely do not want to go through the local customs or post office and instead goes through its dedicated fastlane.
