The universe is self correcting as she needs to stay alive for some reason even if there are contradictions. I imagine that episode three will open with her being fine despite Sakko and everyone else freaking out over her death.
Seems like one of those series nobody but 5 dedicated anons care about. Shikata ga nai. It was my favorite first episode this season. So far Aquarion and Medalist are the only winter season anime I know I gonna like.
