Notably during this entire week I couldn't access the timing anon's sub file (torrent is not seeded), so this sub uses timing from Amazon german sub instead (surprisingly, it appeared on nyaa yesterday).
I mentioned it in the last thread (the one that lasted like 2 hours after I made it), and I'll repeat it here too. Timing anon, please post catbox link or any other ddl in nyaa description or in any Touhai thread, so that I can get the file for sure. Also if you want to merge this TL with your timing file, that would be nice too (german sub is .srt, so there is no real typesetting or sub styles included).
As always, I'm relying on somebody to upload the sub to nyaa.
The sub includes the rough translation for the ending song. Unfortunately I couldn't find the Japanese lyrics for it, so had to do it by the audio. If anybody has corrections (or lyrics link for that matter) please do share in the thread.

Does naming the sub file the same as the video file not work either? That works with most players.
Also I suppose there should be a command line for it (smth like mpv "videofile path" --sub-file="subfilepath"). Not sure however.

My timing was kind of trash this time and I haven't touched it or Touhai since I thought you may have gotten burnt out and left. I was working on Medalist instead.
Will start re-timing 13 and post 14 timing soon now thay I know you're in.

We should start a fansubs thread like the typesetting thread. There's a few /a/ shows this season to get feedback, other members and whatnot.

Is there a typesetting thread? I don't think fansub threads can get enough activity to actually survive on the board, but maybe I am wrong.

I copied all the lines from your Ep13 file to mine because I'm a retard, and have not re-timed them yet. They have a lot of joins and the lead-in/out is still too long in my opinion. Feel free to complain about anything styling-wize here.

I somehow thought just copying the style and signs over would take longer, but it's been 2 hours with basically 0 progress lmao.

Also, this show has some unusual issue where the release has no keyframes, or rather they're constant every ~30 seconds.
The most important Aegisub feature for timing, the purple snpping lines for scene changeskey frames, does not appear without re-encoding the episode.
If you time it yourself, do a simple ffmpeg -i episode.mp4 -vcodec libx264 -acodec aac episodewithkeyframes.mp4 and things will go much easier.

It might be because the unstilted subs are tiny 10px text. There's a later .ass that should have much bigger 90px text you can see.
