I typically ask this as well, but for those people claiming to read 100+ ongoing manga. Reading a dozen or couple of dozen ongoing manga isn't difficult. Especially if you mostly read monthly manga. I just wish I could have the schedule spread out more. Seems most of the stuff I'm reading comes out in the second half of the month. The only manga I was reading ongoing that came out at the beginning was CCS Clear Card but that's been over for a while.

I do always wait for a good 10+ chapters to get posted though, otherwise it's a fucking tease. Anyway, I usually get ~5+ chapters daily, and periodically there will be mass dumps from some new group popping up and MTL dumping to catch up. Holidays seem to up the dump rate. I don't know how you managed to pick shit that updates on the same day, that just seems like bad luck.
