It lacks it's own identity without parodying a bunch of popular anime from that time, and the content orginal to it is just generic cute girls sol show. At best it's a nice time capsule for what anime from that era was like.For today's standards, you would call this a "second screen show" something meant to be played in the background while you do something more important. Or something mosttly watched in out of context 45 second cropped tiktoks with gameplay footage on the bottom half of the screen.
