Am I crazy, or was this a lot better in the anime? We're already blowing past the Third Kazekage reveal, and I remember that feeling like a much bigger deal. The fact that Sasori now commanded an Iron Sand kekkai genkai that was instantly disabling puppets it touched, with the implication that one slip would mean death by poison or Iron Sand, I dunno, it felt a lot cooler. Frankly the destruction Hiruko felt like it was a lot cooler and I dunno, it felt more like this back and forth. Sakura destroys Hiruko. Sasori is fucked! Wait, he has the Third! Sakura and Granny are fucked! Now ten puppets! A hundred! This chapter feels so boring. I feel no threat from the Third puppet. It looks like he's spitting little pellets of rabbit shit at them.
