As much shit as I've thrown at Sakura, I do enjoy the fight and I think she did well holding her own. I just wish Kishi wrote better excuses for Sasori's bad decisions. Sasori is a binge reader who buys volumes to keep on his shelf to read at any time. He enjoys manga for the content alone and disregards all other context. He loves the old classics and is hesitant to pick up an ongoing series because he doesn't want to get invested in an incomplete work.

He reads ongoing series and looks back on his memories of reading them fondly when they end, but doesn't ever reread. I have a theory that Amado used Ada. She has eyehax that has her see in the past as far back as she was born. She's supposed to be 16, but she was put in stasis for an undetermined amount of time, so she might be a little older. The 4th War ended 15 years ago when Boruto starts, I think. Amado could've had her look back and Jiraiya mentioned it somewhere before he died.

I'll just take it as Naruto went on for far longer than he wanted. The war seemed to be where the fatigue started to really settle in. I was one of those who read this chapters weekly (along with the breaks) and the final phases of the war felt like it shit was just happening just for the sake of progressing to the end. Even the fans by that point were just waiting for the end because all the time they've spend and invested in the series. There were still cool moments, but goddamn you could tell Kishimoto wanted this shit done and was doing the best he could not to just rush things outright.

Kishimoto also confessed that he missed his honeymoon with his wife because he had to do the manga and I'm pretty sure Naruto's relationship with Boruto in the movie was based on the strained relationship he had with his kid because he was so busy drawing and writing the manga. He definitely feels like Naruto interfered with his personal life too much. But I don't think he hates it. He still draws stuff for it and acts a little protective over it and thinks about the stuff he could've did when he was still working on it.

Not gonna lie, it kind of feels like the Susanoo would have fitted the Hyugas a lot more than the Uchihas. The Hyugas have already been shown to be able to emit chakra from their entire bodies, and it would've been somewhat logical for their rotation palm technique to evolve into an ability that lets them create a giant avatar made of chakra around them. Meanwhile, the Susanoo has fuck all to do with the Sharingan or any of its other powers.
