They could have called it Black General: The Unfortunate Female Officer or something but that would have been kinda lame. Precarious Woman Executive Miss Black General conveys the tone of the manga pretty well.the rest of it is just directly from the japanese title, they didn't even have to translate her name, she's Burakku Jeneraru-san in japanese
