If Kishimoto did name Boruto after one of Naruto's role models or family, he'd have left it up to popularity polls and named him Minato, the dad who he's had a few hours max interacting with. Instead of Iruka (saves him/kickstarts his journey) or Jiraiya (cares for him/spent 3 years training him). If Sasuke had a son it would've been named Itachi, it's not even a contest Sakura would've had 0 say in the matter.
