OPM is kind of a special case because S1 was animated by a dream team and couldn't realistically be replicated by other studios, but for S3 they just didn't give a damn and put a completely unqualified director on it. We all know the reasons for the Sasakoi shitshow, but it's not down to an animation style or a mere lack of budget. Watanare has the same artstyle as Sasakoi and its animation studio isn't exceptional either but they did an infinitely better job without breaking the bank.
