Not enough people are understanding the significance of Ui-ui's scene, its basically setting up for a continuation for this series. While I do still see that Modulo is coming up to an end in a couple of chapters, whether that entails the survival of all of our MCs or even all of them die off, its gotten pretty clear now that the set up is for aliens to not only migrate to Japan but also to revitalize the Jujutsu Society with their inclusion. Ui-ui's scene is not just Gege giving fanservice to the OG JJK, its also to inform that this fight is not just for the sake of controlling Tokyo but also to nurture the current generation to be strong again once they broadcast what Dabura is capable of and the rest of the aliens being acclimated to Japan. Otherwise there's no real point in them really hammering home about how modern Sorcery has gotten weaker than in the past since barring like Gojo, Sukuna or Yuji, the old generation of Sorcerers wouldn't be able to handle Dabura anyway even if they could still fight well.I think the last chapter will contain a tease to either the other countries having been successful in developing their own Sorcerers and/or there being another alien ship heading towards earth with the intent to conquer it this time.
