If anything it's Wonderful that didn't try hard enough and the only cure who sort of looked like her animal was Nyammy. Still, I think Wonderful's outfits were not only functional, but nice too. Not peak design, but nice, I think they didn't give them actual animal theming because the season was more about pets and the bond with humans and they would've had to give Iroha and Mayu another animal motif and couldn't come with ideas for them (Iroha had mouse written all over her design for me) check out this artist's alternative designs for the Wonderfuls and tell me what you think.
