You see the title is actually "Street corner demon", which was changed to "Next door demon" in the localization, to avoid prostitute implications, which did not exist in the original language at all.This matters because there are actually street symbols all over every cover, every chapter, every part of the story, the streets are a huge symbolism in the story. This is slightly more obvious in the original title. The covers always have various street signs, and each chapter is a different street within a small town.
