I’ve finished the first 6 episodes of the anime.I’m a bit disappointed with the anime adaptation.The only thing of value in the whole story is the MC, “Ame.”As it turns out, most of the anime is devoted to depicting a bunch of boring, idiotic women wallowing in self-pity.There are way too many pointless side stories, which dilute Ame’s storyline.The first-person perspective in the game is actually more interesting.
I get that the anime is trying to depict Ame's effect on the world and society but I also don't care for anyone but Ame herself. The anime is most entertaining when you see her being insane. Anything else is boring by comparison.
