If you follow the arrows there's a final boss fight and a short narration and then it just cuts to credits.There are alternate routes you can take, and if you keep doing it the narration goes from saying that you just readjusted your navigation to get around an obstacle and will go back to following the arrows. And the narrator starts making threats and progressively freaking out if you keep taking exits with no arrows.I didn't finish the game because the enemies were real damage sponges and I started to find the gameplay limited and annoying. But the game does a kind of faux-Dark Souls thing where it drops bits of lore to suggest that a project to let people live forever inside robot bodies went wrong and led to everyones' brains getting fucked with. I didn't see the conclusion but I assume the narrator was supposed to be some kind of intrusion into Icey's brain.
