What if I'm not autistic but literally everything about how I act, speak and carry myself points to having 'tism? What do I do then?

My psychiatrist hinted that I might have it a year ago and it destroyed my life. I'm not even exaggerating, I was so devastated to find this out and I began to fear that everyone in my life knew it. A few days ago, I see a new psychiatrist and he says that my autism is subthreshold --- meaning that I'm below the threshold for diagnosis. I guess my point is just don't let it get to you. I let it get to me so much and it's destroyed my life, and now I'm realizing that it was all for nothing. Most people don't actually give a fuck unless you're like actually retarded --- like Chris Chan levels of autism. Otherwise, just make your way through the world as best you can. You'll find people that fw you even if you are slightly weird and you'll find women that want to date you even if you're slightly awkward. I'm speaking from experience
