I smoked only a few years 10 years ago and it was so hard to quit and I still think about it, probably because I had a cigar half a year ago.For what it's worth it's much less addictive by itself (vape, gum, patches, mints). Although it's still not good for anything it touches. People said the mints still caused receding gums and stuff.
