Yea I know. Thats why Ive stopped buying silver and will only buy fractional gold from now on. Gold is a much better long hold and less speculative. I might buy a roll of silver eagles once a year but really not interested in buying any silver again. Its proven to heavy and annoying to store. You also often get less than spot if you sell it back. Only plan on keeping some silver eagles and then swapping all the other silver for gold

I agree metals are overbought and will make a nice pullback a couple months after the Erection. But I also think we’re quietly putting a price floor on metals that is also historical ath.

To anyone hesitant about dipping your feet into precious metals, start out slow and gain experience. There is a good amount of solid advice on these threads it doesn’t hurt to diversify your current portfolio and to the young bucks: if you have ANY situational awareness, you can see through the Yiddish smokescreen. Nothing is real concerning money unless it’s gold or silver. Good luck everyone!

You're welcome fren!
The next step for you will be to allocate a fraction of your PM purchases for historic silber & gold eventually, that's a lot of fun, and it's value isn't tied to spot fluctuations so if you are smart about it you can both enjoy acquiring historic pieces and make money no matter the market's conditions.
Keep stacking bro!
>>
Plus i think what make most anons relunctant is most of you must think ancient PMs must be worth a fortune so why even bother trying? While it's true for some, you also have a huge quantity of cheap options to get your feet wet.
Pic rel is a silver drachm from the Sasanid empire (Iran) under the reign of Khosro II, circa 590 AD.
It's not the best looking, but it costed me 12 bux. At 4.1g of .900, that's not much pricier per oz than frosted coomer novelties sold by the Germania's Mint. But here i get a 1500yo coin instead.

It's normal, the french market is quite slow to react to price fluctuations, because the main hoarders (boomers) don't know shit about the comex price fixing nor pay much attention to spot, there is always a lag who is eventually settled after a while. So it's always a good opportunity to slurp from France right after a price increase if you missed the boat. Rn for example, 100x 5F semeuse lots are selling for 10-15% below spot on ebay. The $35 new normal still hasn't been assimilated kek. And since France used to mint a lot of gold & silver coinage, the offer is still there, even though we get progressively sucked dry from our constitutional bullion.
Are you a frog yourself or a burger who purchase via an intermediary dealer?

Preach, Brother. And yet I try to tell people this - especially my moneyed, Boomer relatives - and they look at me like I'm the world's biggest retard.

These are the same people who will get absolutely wiped out when - not if - shit goes pear shaped. Everything they have is invested in some format of jewish paper/lies. Even my Uncle - a retired banker - was all proud of himself because he 'diversified into Bitcoin'.

Meanwhile I've taken steps to secure and pay off the family home, land with big gardens and a ton of forest for firewood, remote in a good agricultural community. Zero debt, just bought a tractor and fixed it myself.

I'm considered a rogue black sheep of the family. And yet I fucking KNOW they will be showing up here, mealy mouthed and gnashing teeth, when shit goes bad. Expecting to just slot right in and start consuming my provisions - probably with zero expectations of having to do any work or contribute meaningfully. Cut firewood, working large gardens, shooting predators to keep them off the livestock - they simply arent capable and would resent being forced to adapt.

When it happens boys, we are going to see something like 50% of the population just slough right off, as the majority of the Normoids are simply Not Going to Make It.

How are you not a boomer? What did you do to hit the jackpot?
>>
>>59116070

Nowhere near as good as you think

>Be me, living out West working in the Bush
>Dad starts to get sick - dementia
>Covid Hits and I get fired for not taking the shot despite literally working alone in the forest 90% of the time.
>Move home and start taking care of him.
>Realize his finances are totally fucked and he's two years away from being broke in the gutter.
>He also decides to get every fuckin Covid shot he can (6x).
>Dementia goes to 11 and continues to worsen to this day
>I manage to unfuck his finances, save the family home (which my fucking Uncle was trying to have reverse mortgaged) - get Power of Attorney, and stabilize things.
>Pay off all debts, keep things on an even keel. Now Im working a full time job, running my own side hustle small business, and full time live in nurse to a rapidly degenerating boomer potato person (who is also a massive asshole).
>Using the finances I've saved to invest in the property, fixing major issues, appliances, utilities and investing in logistics and self sufficiency.
>Actively managing the forest on the property and got it into a government program that slashes property taxes if you tend your forest well.
>Put in a wood fireplace, solar battery backup for house power and sump, big gardens, chicken coop, access/logging trails, and a shitload more.

I havent hit the jackpot, friend. I'm basically dead and living out my days as a nurse, while I try (in vain, it feels sometime) to prepare for the coming storm. There's never enough time, money, or help. I'm pretty much totally on my own, living with a Boomer who second guesses and criticizes everything I do.

If you want to trade places, let me know.

I didn't hijack shit when precious metals as a store of wealth is in competition with cryptocurrencies as a store of wealth. Every /pmg/ thread is about promoting the best asset to store wealth from inflation. The absurd regulations of cryptocurrencies coming down the line confirms what we have all been saying here, that it was only a matter of time before governments move to rob people of their wealth.

Someone explain buying gold and silver to me.

If I buy gold/silver, I'm buying from a merchant that is selling it to make a profit. If I keep it 10 years and then sell it again, I'm limited by people still wanting to buy. If nobody wants to buy then I'll lose money, or just not be able to sell it and convert it into currency I can spend.

Gold and silver don't have a set value and buy/sell price, it's directly linked to supply and demand. So you can lose a shit load of money, it's still a gamble. If something big happens, everyone will be wanting to sell at the same time and you won't be able to sell it at all.

How is this better than just putting your money in a bank or into stocks?

Shit feels like a meme.

to clarify, the really annoying thing about your post is that everything you said applies to stocks, fiat, crypto and anything else you could invest in as well. it's biased fudding.
and you have one main thing wrong:
>If something big happens, everyone will be wanting to sell at the same time and you won't be able to sell it at all.
if something big happens, you will not be able to sell and fiat money will be worthless, you will suddenly find that your store of wealth in precious metals is the only real currency and is now worth atleast twice what you paid for it before this happened, pic rel.

I prefer to have as few middle men with thier fingers in my assets.

BRICS have a problem. The problem is that nobody wants to give up the power of the printing press but at the same time they don't trust each other enough to submit to central control of the press. They want to keep their own power to inflate but still trade with each other. So all they can do now is form a kind of common market where they give each other favorable terms but their currencies float against each other. The ultimate solution is a common currency truly backed by gold. They lose the inflation tax but that is the price they will have to pay to unseat the USD. .

The fact that governments and bankster crooks like Larry Fink are complaining about precious metals and home chickens plays into the idea that they are the Nazi weapons against these globalist assholes. This is a common mistake I also make and am trying to unlearn: the habit of going into things thinking that the other person is totally logical, smarter than me, sane, rational, reasonable, motivated by good virtues and principals, and that i'm the one at fault when something doesn't make sense.
The reality is, if something is weird or off, you are probably talking to an insane person or a grifter trying to scam you, speaking from experience.

The mail jew blocked me getting 7 free ounces of silver. It was sent in August, got “lost” so seller used the insurance and resent my silver. The chicken has nothing to do with buying silver. It was a symbol used in an early psyop in the US South to divide and conquer. Thats why they are pushing it here. They want to paint us and this board as schizo/nazi/KKK/terrorists to turn visitors off from stacking.

Stick with 10toz bars and whole 20toz tubes of generic rounds for a bit for lower premiums. Maybe worry about fractionals after you get 200+toz?

They're more likely to simply use their media outlets to sway ~50% of the population towards viewing any form of stacking as a sign of terroristic and socially worrying behavior. The country as a whole is moving away from taxing PMs. See https://www.soundmoneydefense.org/state-legal-tender-movement for examples of states leaning more and more towards taxless PMs.

Its the cabal trying (and failing) to send a message to the brics who are meeting right now, its their little bitter message that "we still control the markets and we're going to continue controlling them"

It wont make a difference, the brics will continue going in its dump the dollar direction and the comex and lbma will eventually collapse and will disappear like a fart in the wind.

There is no "gold backed BRICS currency." They are not replacing any currencies, other than eurodollars. The BRICS "unit" is a basket of currencies designed for international trade settlement between nations, and is supplemented with 40% gold backing. Individual countries within BRICS will still conduct internal trade with existing local currencies.

Whats the best investemnts to make after a SHTF scenario
Real estates like appartment complexes to later rent out to people and generate passive income is is the most obvious one to me but what else?
Should i invest in stocks and earn some dividends afterwards?
I could probably get a massive collection of stocks with one or two ounces and after the market stabilizes i could earn some massive divindens

I think you have a very different idea of the severity of SHTF. You don't invest AFTERWARDS, there will be nothing to invest in. Investing will be buying extra fertilizer or a horse and plough.
I think you need to define what level of SHTF you are talking about here.
