Before trannies were trannies for inherent attention, they were fags on MySpace that thought being gay offered them more social leverage and manipulability. They are insufferable, narcissistic egotistical losers with not much going on and tendency to act like they're clairvoyant or omnipotent as well as entitled to leap into the middle of a space, make demands of the whole space like a 4 year old brat seeking special treatment and then throw a fit like a 4 year brat if they dont get their way. In another age these people would be left to sink or swim and almost unilaterally sink from having no applicable talent and a snide attitude towards those who do.

Bitcoin’s a nice idea, or maybe just a phase,
Bitcoiners shill it hard, in a never-ending craze.
Regurgitating talking points, all day and night,
Thinking they’ve found gold, but it’s just digital hype.

They think it’s free money, a miracle to behold,
But money’s dead, it’s just bits and code.
They chase the blockchain dream with every breath,
But the frogs know the truth—it’s all leading to death.

We stand for real freedom, not coins on a screen,
We buy gold and silver, the true wealth, unseen.
God’s chosen currency, pure and divine,
The frogs stand strong, while the Bitcoiners decline.

They can’t stop us, we know what’s true,
Real wealth is in metals, and faith that’s due.
Bitcoin’s just a fad, a blip in the night,
But God is great, and He’s guiding us right.

Iqdelet, the man with a scheme so sly,
Selling his dreams with a desperate sigh.
In the depths of the screen, he types with might,
Hoping someone will buy into his plight.

A third-worlder, lost in a web of his lies,
Chasing the dollars with empty goodbyes.
His life’s a Ponzi, built on deceit,
Fool after fool falling at his feet.

From dawn to dusk, he stares at the glow,
Hoping someone will join his low show.
But all they do is laugh and despise,
The man who believes in his own lies.

No one cares for the tricks he’s sold,
Just a lonely soul in a world so cold.
Iqdelet’s trapped in his virtual hell,
Hoping someone, anyone, buys his bitcoin sell.

The most important book you could ever read is about 300 pages called "A History of Central Banking". It does an astounding job showcasing the true character of the class war that has been waged for the last 2000+ years. It is the ability to lend money! The wealthy want to make money on their money and other monetary events, such as the revocation of the bimetallic system. It used to be that you could walk up to the Mint with X pounds of silver and the mint would give you coinage (and they would keep a percentage for themselves called seignorage). This allowed anyone to have full access to the money supply by allowing anyone to buy into it. The banks want to hoard the gold and constrict the money supply so that more credit is needed. They want to contain the amount of physical coinage as well which is what the Crime of 1873 accomplished.

Just imagine turning $4,900 into 93,694,624.30 in a mere 12-13 years. Not a bad investment!

It's not a bad entry point, especially compared to gold's price. But i'm always worried about liquidity, it seems to be a huge pain in the ass to unload unless you live in the US.
I'll dive in for 1oz eventually, but i'm gonna wait for the tech bubble to pop. I can feel it, it's for this year.
>>
>>59517174
Agreed. It appears it would be better to buy palladium stocks rather than have it delivered as you've got the wider market. I don't do stocks so it's something I wouldn't be doing.
>>
>>59517181
>I don't do stocks so it's something I wouldn't be doing.
Me neither. I looked out of curiosity and in my country (France) i could only find 3 stores countrywide selling Pl. All 3 with premium between +65 to +85%... so 1470€ at best while spot is at 890€. :(
What's extra worrisome is said stores don't propose a buyback for those.
Also it's important to remember that contrary to G&S, Pt & Pl don't have monetary status, so no taxes advantage like no VAT.

Looks like the only place in the EU with some stuff availible is Germany. But even on the secondary market, best prices still were 1350€/oz (last sold auctions on ebay). Pretty grim..
>>
>>59515993
I don't know where you live or where you buy because it will be different for anyone but most bullion dealers site should have a feature where you can sort coins based on how much you pay for a gramm
Usually the best you can get for that price range is a British Sovereign or 2Rand with 7.32g or some Austrian 20 Kronen with 6.09g
>>
>>59517212
This coin (random year, new condition) is on goldsilver.be for 1310 euros. No doubt there is 20% VAT included in that price, it's not just premium.
>>
>>59517407
Why work so hard just to lose money?

I got rich by not buying silver
>>
>>59517212

Platinum group metals in physical form are strange. I have some platinum but I worry about the resellability when, if ever, I would want to.

It's also worth noting that VAT will apply to silver coins EU wide starting 1 january 2025.

I'll buy some silver before that even though the price is a lot higher than i would like.

>>59517407

That's probably the best price I've seen palladium yet. I still hope to get the palladium eagle at a decent price at some point, even though that will probably be the only palladium i will ever buy

Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme close to its last phase. It’s down 30k and not recovering. You need a stupid setup that involves cannibalising a pc in order to just keep it safe. And if/when the market seems it to have no value the whales will sell and you will be left holding a bag at -70k

Good for you. Remember, there has never been a speculative bubble from which a few people could profit. I hope you convert those paper profits into hard assets before the debt bomb goes off. As for me, I would rather not spend my precious time trying to guess when the collapse will happen. I'm pretty sure of where this is all headed so I am just going there now, grabbing a comfy seat, and then turning my attention to other things.
>>
>>59518238
Sorry for my weird syntax. Meant to say that a few people always profit from speculative bubbles. That's what fuels them while they last. But most people end up being the greater fool that makes the few rich. I choose not to gamble.

Damn, welcome to reality. What made you unplug? I would reccomend keeping your eyes and ears open for deals no matter what spot price is. The longer I spent in this space, the better I understood that each deal is it's own transaction. Basically, spot is just a guideline. Cutting corners can get you burned though so learn as much as you can. Buddy up with the pawn shops or LCS around town. Some will teach you things if you ask nicely.

It's a verbose way of saying "here's how much silver and gold is available to end-users like us, here's how many end-users there are, and if each end-user has the same amount, here's the percentage of population than could have that amount."
Then there's a bunch of stuff about how to make the sheet yourself, where the data comes from, and a bunch of rather meaningless examples to fill rows.

Serius question why does no one ban the Crypto spammer for derailing this thread?
When you post anything remotely political in these sort of threads youre banned for derailing and off topic bullshit even when youre post is clearly realated to the topic of precius metal prices
So why is he allwed to spam this board with his crypto scam?
Is it because this is a finance board and crypto is finance related so the mods just let him do what he wants or are they just to lazy to do something about him?

Inflation adjusted, silver is down 85% from its all time high 50 years ago

100 mt tons of silver per terawatt
Almost million metric tons of silver required to producer another 7 terawatts of solar
Geo, Hydrothermal, Wind all the other renewable sources require silver

Nuclear rods in a Nuclear power plant weigh in 30 000 ounces per rod, these made of mostly silver and get replaced every 5 years, this radioactive silver isnt recycleable

Nuclear power uses up even more silver than solar industry

If silver production were to stop altogether right now the solar industry alone would gobble up worlds reserves in 5 YEARS

Largest silver mine (20% of yearly production) estimated to close within the next 4 years

500 paper derivatives to 1 ounce of silver

Dollar to silver ratio 1,5k usd : 1oz of silver

Huh? You only had to fill out a simple captcha once every 24 hours, and it didn't even need javascript. I posted there with Links browser (same as in pic), or even Lynx. Here I have to use the full botnet javascript browser and do captcha constantly, do cuckflare verification, enforced time limits... Plus there's not even sound in webms, and size limits are much lower. Everything about the other place was better. That's why I fucking never come here except for pmg threads.
And as far as activity goes, I never noticed a drop. I was posting on /pol/, /b2/, /tech/, and /tg/. I didn't care about /biz/ at the time, so dunno about that board or others.

Then there's no reason to go to the site anymore when 4chan does it better.

Key things worth noting why it was better than 4chan:

1. You could create your own boards. That means when mods are being dicks you can exodus to a new one.

2. Uploading five images per post instead of one.

3. Webms could have sound and you were allowed to upload bigger sized files.

There were a bigger list than this, but these are the ones I remember being mainly on /v/.

Get at least a 50g bar, to pay lower premiums (100g is best if you can afford it). But even that 20g bar probably has lower premiums than 1/10 oz coins (I didn't check, just guessing here).
As far as why buy them, they're a good option if you're not stacking lots of silver.
I only stacked 1 oz lowest premium gold coins, because I also stacked lots of silver coins.

>>59521463

I cant really afford the 50g bar right now id have to save up for a few months and i rather not wait that long or else some other crazy shit happens like last year when gold suddenly jumped out of nowhere
Id really like one of those bars because they are very fungible and pretty generic with not that much of a premium compared to a 1/10 oz and you dont have to worry about other stuff like wheter your coins are all from the same mint and whatnot
My stack is really dissjointed right now
i started stacking back in 2023 and i pretty much bought whatever had the lowest premium at the time and whatever i liked so now i have a lot of coins from different series and mints which makes it kinda difficult to reselae en mass in an emergency
my goal for next year when it comes to stacking is stick to only one coin from one mint and and buy only those im thinking of the Brittania or Philharmonic since Germany doesnt have its own bullion coin so these bars would fit in nice

Genuinely curious: Aren't any of you worried about the supply shock that would come from the gorzillions of tons of gold and other precious metals that could be harvested from space ?

Or if economical collapse were to happen, how would you be able to use it? You can't really trade a bar or even a coin of gold because the value would be too high for pretty much any trade (in case you don't have a way to melt it).

Furthermore nowadays 99.99% of people have no (significant) amount of gold, so it couldn't really be used to trade right?

Of course precious metals don't drop as much as stock or crypto, but it does drops in value, just like anything else, especially if we were to really go through a depression and companies that use gold (tech) would buy less which would make the price plummet drastically right?

Just want to know what makes it that you guys love PMs so much because it has it's downsides just like anything else but without the potential for big gains.
>>
>>59522534
Buy gold and silver once in a while but dca into bitcoin, what are you to stupid that I had to make it clearer
>>
You are a bad actor

No - space mining and refining still have many issues that wouldn’t be complete for at least a few decades even without red tape

Use smaller silver pieces like dimes

If someone had something I wanted then why would they be the one needing metal?

In a Credit Event or collapse, then stocks and crypto will approach zero, but my metal will weigh the same as it did before. The price manipulation has kinda brutalized the American stockpile of silver (pretty sure we don’t one), but depression or not - so long as the any military industrial complex exists - silver demand will also exist. Also, Price of metals dropping in the context of a fiat currency is flawed logic for a lot of us here.

For me: Unless you let someone store your metals for you (lol), then there is no counter party risk. There is high potential for profits with how much the price of silver is leveraged to the tits (paper silver to physical silver). A lot of us have stock, crypto, etc, but metals are removed from the entire financial system such that if all other investments fall through, then we still have a safety net. Metals are the bedrock upon which we build our house
>>
>>59522551
>could be harvested from space ?
Not at all worried. The cost of space mining will be prohibitively expensive for the foreseeable future. And if PMs *were* returned to Earth to an extent that the price would be affected, then the return for space mining would again be too low to be profitable.
The target products of space mining will more likely be water/oxygen extraction and metals to enable further exploration (AL, Fe, Mg, C, etc.) - not PMs to be returned to Earth.
The era of space exploration and survival in spare has hardly begun.
Exploitation of space is a long ways off.

>>
>>59522551
>Just want to know what makes it that you guys love PMs so much
You start out by being hated by society. Laughed at, mocked, and most importantly excluded from sex.
Then you learn to look down on the society that rejected you, and say that you actually rejected them.
After that you list a batch of supposed moral failings that caused you to become too good for society
Of course if those moral ills are real, it MUST follow that society will collapse
The collapse of society would conveniently prove you right...
But it would be even better if society didn't just collapse, but you were elevated at the same time!
Maybe become a king or a god! Pay back all those mean people that made you miserable
Maybe you could prepare for the collapse of society and set yourself up in such a way that you'd be a god when it happens
What would people want if society collapses?
Food and water are obvious, but those are hard to store and go bad over time
Guns and ammo are again obvious, but you're not a god of war, so let's not get carried away on those.
Silver and gold fit the bill perfectly because they might be traded and you can pretend they'll be worth so much more if society collapses

so you start a cult where you predict societal collapse and hoard silver and gold so you can be a post-apocalyptic god and get revenge on a society that rejected you. Perfect revenge fantasy.

you don't really need other people to join your cult, in fact the fewer that join the better it works. You're the super intelligent contrarian planning for an inevitable failure after all. If everyone does it, it's not your secret genius plan.

But what you do need is to disagree with anyone that points to the flaws and massive gambles in your fantasy. Because we don't want people poking holes in our revenge fantasies. We don't talk to people like that because we don't want to think of the possibility of failure. If we believe hard enough, our dreams MUST come true.

Found this deal for scrap silver, 150 dollars for 90 dimes, each dime weighs 6 grams and contains 37% silver ea.
I ran the math and seems like good deal. This is junk silver from the 1800s Wdyguys think? Should i buy?
>>

So 6g x 0.37 = 2.22g per dime.
90 dimes means 199.8g of pure silver value.
199.8g x $0.93 per gram current spot value = $185.81
If you're ok with holding onto and feel like you'd be able to sell such scrap later then sure, it's decent

Don't get me wrong, that outburst is something I can believe Elon would do. If it's real, IMO he needs to take a chill pill and listen why people don't want anymore immigration to America. Immigration changes the character of a nation. Too much of it can lead to alienation, where the people native to the area no longer feel like they belong in the area they were born and grew up in. It is the main argument that the somewheres bring up that the anywheres don't understand which is what Musk is.

Happy new year frens
With the year coming to an end i thought it would be ibteresting to share how my little stack grew this year and what my goals are for next year
Seing all this stuff layed out in front of you is really interesting it shows just how much you earned in a year and im sure by the same time next year my stack wont be able to grow as much as it did this year
I relly belive we have maybe a few more good months before shtf and gold and silver really skyrocket
Im still relatively new to the stacking scene and i think it shows in my stack
I bought a bit more than 4,5 Oz of gold aswell as an british sovereign which i ended up gifting my father for christmas and 43 Oz of Silver plus 1kg of junk Silver so ive done pretty good this year overall but i also made a few mistakes
This was my first year buying coins i previously only had bars so i gravited to the ones with the lowest premium overall which where the austrian Kronen while also buying rather expensive stuff like the Tudor Dragon and the 100 euro coin which i do not regret since i also bought them for myself and because they where overall still realy cheap but at the same time they dont fit in with my normal bullion coins so i kinda regret it
With Silver i only started to get in relatively late this year and bough whatever i could get my hands on at the time from i regular dealer
Silver is sold out from almost everywhere so i couldnt be picky with what i got which ended with me getting a lot of roos and mapple leafs
I also discovered a new dealer which has amazing sales for junk silver which will by my main source of silver from now in the future
My goal for next year is to get to the 10 oz of gold and start buying from only one mint and only one type of coin to stop my stack from becoming a weird mishmash of stuff and get more organized
Im thinking it will be either the brittania or the or the weiner philharmonic
i also want to get 7 ounces of silver coins to make it an even 50

The psyop only works if the general population falls for it and is outraged, Americans are now so numb to the lies of the last few decades that they dont give a shit anymore, I dont see them pressing the big red button over this.

What will happen is they'll have their puppet zion don continue to prop up the ponzi system as long as possible while they flee the country and head to their escape destinations like the Caymans and New Zealand etc.

>Metals are not rocks
This is a misunderstanding about the word rock.

Rock = A natural forming solid
Stone = A rock used for human activity or a rock shaped for human construction

An example of stones that would otherwise be seen as rocks if they weren't manhandled is Stonehenge. Technically that would mean all forged metal coins and bars are stones, but deposits of natural forming metals come in all forms of purities so the definition between stone and rock is not clear cut. However, metals fall into the same category as forests vs jungles when it comes to rock vs stone. All stones are rocks, but not all rocks are stones.

Inflation adjusted, silver is down 85% from its all time high 50 years ago

100 mt tons of silver per terawatt
Almost million metric tons of silver required to produce another 7 terawatts of solar
Geo, Hydrothermal, Wind all the other renewable sources require silver aswell

Nuclear rods in a Nuclear power plant weigh in 30000 ounces per rod, these made of mostly silver and get replaced every 5 years, this radioactive silver isnt recycleable

If silver production were to stop altogether right now the solar industry alone would consume known worlds reserves in 5 YEARS

Largest silver mine (20% of yearly production) estimated to close within the next 4 years

500 paper derivatives to 1 ounce of silver

Dollar to silver ratio 1,5k usd : 1oz of silver

>Nuclear rods in a Nuclear power plant weigh in 30000 ounces per rod, these made of mostly silver and get replaced every 5 years, this radioactive silver isnt recycleable

Few precisions about that point. You are thinking about control rods and not nuclear (fuel) rods, who are made from MOX/uranium. From what i understand, there are different types of control rods made for different kinds of nuclear power plants : Boiling water reactors (BWR), pressurized water reactors (PWR), and heavy-water reactors (HWR).

Some requires less expensive materials, low energy output NPPs not requiring a high neutron capture capacity can even use cheap boron plated steel mixed with few silver rods. But it's true in general for HPW & BWR it's rods made out of 80% silver, 15% indium and 5% cadmium, which is the alloy who offer the best neutronic absorbsion.

Concerning the weight, it's hard to find proper documentation, and i think it slightly differ for each power plant. Some uses tons of tiny rods, others only have few giant ones...
This pic of a french reactor can give an idea of the amount used, it's only 24x control rods, but they are very big. So 900kg rods might be realistic in this instance.

About the lifespan, i've read they are changed every 4 to 8 years. I guess the more often the reactor's intensity is changed (for example less energy output is required after midnight so they run at 30% capacity and the most around 8PM when ovens + household appliances are running, more during winter in cold areas to heat buildings, but more during summer in hot areas to run the ACs, etc..), the sooner they wear out?

Hello fren, I'm also a noob stacker. I got my gold purchases done with first so that I'm able to DCA silver purchases and dabble with Bitchcoin sometime in March. Currently sitting on just a measly 4 troz of gold/20 troz of silber, more to come though. I also fell for the "diversification" of design meme. In terms of liquidity, the Golden maple (specifically the 9999 one) and silver maple coins are unmatched. Feels good being an American and slurping the only thing of worth from Canada. Bars are dumb unless they're kilo bars, desu.

>I relly belive we have maybe a few more good months before shtf and gold and silver really skyrocket

I really don't think gold/silver will moon next year, ((they)) have plenty more suppression of the metals to do and that means plenty more of the silent suffering most of the population goes through. When shit does actually pop off (I'm forecasting late 2026 the earliest) I wish us all safely prepped.

The best place to start is generic 1oz rounds. Maybe go to your local coin shop and snag some junk silver (pre-1965 coinage) and dabble in a few eagles. (State mint rounds are more expensive).
The biggest pitfall for new stackers is buying rounds thinking they are "collecting" when they should be stacking weight. A well-known "buffalo" generic is closer to spot than the "Coca Cola or Sonic the Hedge Hog or Zodiac Sign or 7 Wonders of the World" Coins. A buffalo is only a few dollars over spot where any of those "collector stamps" are like $6-20 over spot.

Sup /pmg/, absolute silver stacklet here. I have a grand total of 9 oz in my collection and I'm looking to expand it this year. Previously, I was only looking at the 1 oz coins but now I have more spending power I'm starting to look at the larger denominations and they seem to be better value for money. A 250g bar costs like 2 bucks less per oz in premiums than if I were to buy 1oz coins. I think I know what my next addition to my stack is now. Gonna go to the dealer in person and get it this week.

Im also thinking of just sticking to bars for now
Buying a full ounce every month just is just to expenisve for me and the 10g bars ussualy have a lower premium of ussualy 5%´-8% rather then the 1/4 oz coins which are around 10-12% and bars are also very liquid
With bars you also dont have to stick to just one type of bar since its just traded in for the metal value so you can still pick up a good deal if you happen to find one
For example if im in an emergency and have to sell3x10g bars from Hereus/Degussa and Vacambi i can sell them off rather easily with no problem
If i where to do the same with 4 quarter ounce coins from different types it would be a bit harder
The downside is that bars dont have any numismatic value they are just sold for the Gold value later on which is fine by me
