I told people weeks ago to buy it when there was rumblings of Trump allowing it to go public. Now we got news he wants to sell 5% for now.
Several analysts have done the math and both FNMA and FMCC together are about 500 to 700 billion in valuation.
The market cap of FNMA right now is 16.2 billion. We'd need to see substantial stock price increases to get to that valuation.
Honestly, buy a portion right now. Don't all in because very bad things could still happen (Trump may not find a way to get them public, or maybe a large amounts of warrants current out there get exercised and dilute the stock), but still I've got around 15% of my portfolio riding on this. If it does what I think it can do, I'll be a millionaire.

Before I head out anons, I have a stock tip for my fellow Americans.

Duolingo has struggled YTD with people assuming AI will take its lunch. The one thing people miss is that learning via chat interactions and learning via a gamified experience are two completely different things. You wouldn't short Robinhood because ChatGPT can show you stock information. Even so, there's nothing stopping Duolingo from integrating models into their workflows, if anything, the company now has a higher potential ceiling.

After the cratering of the past 3M, it feels like an easy buy at this point.

I am looking for a new car too and I am noticing a trend where car prices are heavily discounted on new models launching now but still sky high on old models still around.
There is a lag on the price correction and that's true in the used market too.

For example Opel launched the new small crossover (Mokka) at 20,000€ whereas the old model was selling for like 25,000€. There are used old ones asking more than the brand new one because people haven't got the memo yet.
Same with the new Citroen C3 Aircross that just launched. Big discount over the old one, but other models still expensive.

You can see this is happening because for example the new Toyota C-HR costs more than the Corolla which is supposed to be a lower tier model, but hasn't been updated since 2023 so it still has an "old price".

SpaceX bought spectrum from Echostar in an attempt to compete more directly with ASTS. But SpaceX sats are not designed for the same type of cell/vid service, they were designed for internet service. Programmed trading reads and reacts to headlines.
>>
>>60914908
Is ASTS a good slurp opportunity, then?
>>
>>60914895
I should ad SpaceX has been changing its sat designs and launching newer larger versions to try to better compete with ASTS, but the ASTS sats are much larger and specifically designed for what ASTS is trying to do, and ASTS also has DOD contracts. ASTS is working with all cell carriers were SpaceX provides its own sat service to compete with other sat internet providers.

>Is ASTS a good slurp opportunity, then?
In my opinion are careful slurp. Competition is good for both. ASTS is rushing to get their sats built and launched (ASTS will have to buy launches from SpaceX) to get their service up and running. ASTS is still early so the stock is still volatile. Once the launches start and the sats are up and working I think the stock will really increase in value. I have 1,500 shares now and plan to slowly buy more.
>>
Yes, by many traditional valuation metrics and analyst surveys, the US stock market is currently considered overvalued, though some argue high valuations could be justified by strong tech company growth and lower interest rates. Investors pay a premium for future earnings, but this premium may be too high, raising concerns about future returns and the risk of a market correction. Valuation metrics such as the price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio and the CAPE ratio are showing values significantly above historical averages.

As someone who used to work there (albeit 8 years ago under a different CEO) I wouldn’t invest in it. Amazon is large volume and even though it’s small margins it’s a massive contract they lost to fed ex. Trending down and massive labor costs to the union. Package handlers now start around $22 and drivers make 90-100k. Amazon pays these same guys $20 and they contract out their drivers and they get roughly the same $20-25 hourly rate. FedEx drivers get a bit more but are moving to the contractual model and combined express and ground recently. It’s ran by a jeet but FDX is the better play imo. They are also selling their freight division soon and will be a profitable spin off

Precious metals and precious metal accessories are different because they're not denominated in terms of dollars. no we dont have pattern day trading in canada, but if you do literal daytrading in a tax-free savings account (since we're allowed to trade before cash settles even without margin etc now they're all T+1 anyways) the taxman will say you're running a business then decide your gains get taxed
so far ive avoided it, our lottery wins dont get taxed either i guess they just treat big pennyscam or even options gains the same way since we wouldn't be to write off losses if it goes the other way in a tax-free savings account too

Good robots have never been tried. You'll just end up bagholding the robot equivalent of Research in Motion (Blackberry) around the time the iPhone came out.

Gambling on long dated otm calls on riot. If they can lease out their data center, stock price at least doubles. If they don't, they're still one of the best bitcoin miners with one of the healthiest balance sheets.

>blue line is about to turn yellow again for a big uptrend
>if goldsilver increases it means either gold goes up big, or silver drops hard
Seeing as how we just had a big run on everything upwards, I figure the market would cool off a little bit

Either way, nbd I have 220 physical oz at $25

I was thinking about robots today like Optimus from Tesla. Simple question: Can Optimus vacuum and should it? Like for me right now I clean the big messes and let my robot vacuum do all the little day to day crumbs, dirt and other small debris. So for me Optimus should do what I do. Get the place ready to be vacuumed by a dedicated robot. I don't see the need to bother programming the thing to be able to use a normal vacuum cleaner.

I bought BIOX calls this morning. I thought it would be fun to play their earning in tomorrow's PM. Also bought a MNRO put to hedge my position and I'm pleased with that so far.
It's worth noting that I'm only up 5.84% for YTD, so I suppose I'm another example of
