Day whatever of me telling you to buy NLCP, TCNNF, IIPR, and CRLBF.

Cannabis is about 12-18 months out from massive bull run, and the headlines from the hemp industry lobbyists could break any week now. When they do you'll miss the first 40%, but we're heading for a 10x on the top industry performers.

Flame me all you want, but don't cry when you miss out.

Just fucking buy NLCP. 100k of NLCP is fucking $13,500 / year in fucking dividends from a stable company with low debt, excellent tenants, and management that used to be with WPCarey. For fuck's sake if I was going to YOLO everything into 1 stock that's what I'd pick.

Worst case scenario is the stock crabwalks for 10 years and you compound you dividends at 12-14% the entire time, or just use your dividends to build out other positions.

Fucking hell I'm seriously considering buying $1,000,000 of NLCP. That would be 120-140 grand per year in income. That's almost 10 grand per month before tax.

Plus when Cannabis is rescheduled or legalized that shit will get listed on the NYSE and 2-3x. That's like 3-5 years out, maybe 10, but it WILL happen, and in the meantime you're compounding MASSIVE dividends.
>>
>>61472248
Why would you choose dividend stocks over growth stocks? 100k in S&P 500 would have made you $15,000 in the last year.

Because dividend stocks also have growth potential, and NLCP in particular is stable. Growth stocks wipe out retards on this board all the time.

The market could correct 40% tomorrow and guess what? My NLCP position will still pay me every quarter. Even better, I can re-invest and boost my returns at a discounted price. This is a business with real estate and robust tenants with strong cash flow, so unlike yieldmax shit reinvestment actually fucking works.

I also own growth stocks, but if I could only buy a single stock right now I'd buy NLCP. I'm seriously considering selling the rest of my NVDA position and buying about $500,000 of NLCP.

Besides when Cannabis finally gets rescheduled every Cannabis company left standing will re-value based upon the 280 exemption, NYSE listing, and institutional purchasing. That will normalize the value to a dividend rate of 5-7% which means NLCP will 2x or 3x practically overnight... that's AFTER you've collected these dividends. Then sell and take the capital gains or keep collecting your fat checks. They'll probably increase and MSOs expand and need fucking buildings.

Zero mining companies. I had small amounts of stock in two royalty steaming companies and as prices rose they lost money and their stock fell. I dumped those but those positions were so small they do not even show up on that chart. The main reason for the dip in the middle was LCID and PLTR declining biggly. I dumped LCID near the end of the dip and PLTR and other stocks finally started moving. I dumped 90% of PLTR at 60 and invested in other stocks that also did well. If I had started investing one to two years earlier I would have had like 1000% returns with all the stocks that went 5x to 30x.

AVGO is down almost 5% after hours after going up 5% after their earnings report despite increase in revenue, profit, growth, beating EPS and offering a larger dividend because the report highlights projected revenue growth next year is largely due to one customer, Athropic(Private company founded by former OpenAI employees who are behind the Claude LLM) who's purchasing $10 billion worth of TPUs the same ones they designed and sold to Google
