For me, it's 1738. It's perfect for mixing, sipping straight, drinking over ice, of pounding shots of. What's your favorite cognac?
cognac is ass
none I hate cognac. I don't even know why blacks like it so much. I'd rather just drink bottom shelf scotch
>>20975992>>20975996You guys don't know SHIT about liquor
>>20976225I know plenty about liquor, I don't like Cognac because it sucks and is indicative of poor taste.
>>20975983Aldi do a nice own label here for half the price of Remy or similar
>>20975996rap music
>>20975983Still trying through different brands. Mostly vsop as i use it for cooking mostly. Also had armagnac but cognac seemed to be fruitier.
>>20976394Not liking cognac is indicative of poor taste
Cognac is a beautiful spirit, fuck these plebs. >>209759831738 is good, though it's been years since I've had it. Favorite cognac in recent memory might be this Frapin 15.
>>20976413Armagnac's smokiness is why it's used in savory cooking more than cognac
>>20975983
Mixing cognac? Expensive cognac even?
>>20976616It's too gross to drink neat and I have the money so fuck it, we mixing good
Really like this one
>>20976619Christ you’re a cretin. Ameribrowns proving further how classless they are
>>20976225>enjoyment is based on information
>>20978558Acting as if European teenagers don't do the same shit.
>>20978558yeah even the French consider cognac classless trash suitable only for export
>>20978558Agreed. This person is the fucking bottom of the barrel >>20976619
>>20978596Your taste is clearly fucked up if you don't think cognac tastes good
>>20975983>1738Ay, I'm like 'Hey, what's up, hello!'
>>20978600It was given an award of excellence by King Lous XV. How the fuck is it classless trash?
>>20978834>>20978558More importantly, how does the Cognac accentuate the sting of an Ortolan Bunting's bones scraping against your esophagus?Because nothing is more dignified than deliberately waterboarding a baby bird before cooking it
>>20979385They don't waterboard it, they drown it.
>>20979950Not much betterIf Ortolan was made legal again, would you stop bitching and drink a Sidecar already?
>>20980112I already drink sidecars
>>20980172So why hate others for making and drinking them?
>>20975983>What's your favorite cognac?Martell Cordon Bleu
>>20976421Well, the French have no taste then because they don’t drink it. They like Scotch. https://vinepair.com/articles/95-percent-cognac-exported/
>>20980306Africans produce practically all of the worlds chocolate and don't consume it. But I guess they're both the same now anyway
>>20980306They also have their own whiskies now
For me, it's Armagnac.
>>20980400Africans produce the world's *cocoa.* The majority of the world's chocolate is produced in Europe and the US, which also happen to be the biggest consumers of chocolate.
>>20980400They produce the cocao beans and export them but they don’t hardy make any chocolate themselves
>>20975983I don't really have a favorite cognac. Been using Patou in my cooking lately.
>>20978834King Louis XV = jew
>>20980624OBSESSED (also inaccurate)
>>20978834For me, it's Louis XIII
>>20980306Scotch fuckin sucks>>20980243I didn't hate on anyone for making cocktails with cognac or mixing it with soda. That was some other goof
>>20981029>scotch bad>cocktails goodhomosexual sugar addict
>>20981048I drink cognac straight too, goof
>>20975983Ngl I'm glad I hate cognac because that shit is expensive. Whiskey already costs too damn much, I don't need another $60/bottle liquor taking up space in my wallet
>>20975983>please don't mind that i posted a stock pic and not anything from my non-existent collection
>>20980539lovely stuff that.
>>20981830See here, dummy >>20983015
>>20981763>I don't need another $60/bottle liquor taking up space in my walletHow many bottles of liquor can you possibly fit in one wallet?
I have a cheap $20 bottle of courvoisier that I use for making steak au poivre. Not gonna spend more on alcohol because I don't drink.
>>20980666>king gives award of excellence to high volume export product that makes him a lot of moneyreally makes you think
>>20976616>Mixing cognacAbsolutely, but you use it for spirit-forward cocktails like a B+B or Metropolitan.
For me, it's Calvados. Tastes like a bourbon, but without the grainy aftertaste.
