Make a pasta salad. All you need is fancy pasta + whatever else you want in it. I do:
>diced, oiled, seasoned chicken into an air fryer @ 400 until a little golden color on the edges
>diced cucumber
>diced tomato
>italian dressing
>parmesan cheese

Crockpot chili is laughably easy.
Fry up ground meat, drain.
Put in crockpot with a can of diced tomatoes, can of crushed tomatoes, can of tomato paste, one diced or puréed onion, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, paprika, red pepper, and chili powder. I add a can of black beans because everyone here demands it.
>>
Stir fry. You can't go wrong with pretty much any combination, it's done in 20-30 min including prepwork, you just need to learn the sauces.

I'll try to be helpful because you used an anime-like image. Here you go. This recipe is very easy. For better macros:
1) Don't add sugar to the eggs
2) Add protein powder to the eggs
3) Serve with keto syrup after making it (replaces the sugar at egg step)
4) Optionally also serve with greek yogurt or skyr
Trust me, it's really good.

ok I'm going to share this family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation.
It costs about 10 bucks and will feed like 4 people.
It takes 20 minutes to cook.
You need a 1 pound tube of turkey burger, yes it has to be turkey burger, no i don't know why you can't just use beef instead but it's probably fine.
You need a package of taco seasoning, taco bell taco seasoning works pretty good for this. You take the burger and brown it chopping it finely on a skillet on the stove and add the seasoning, then once it's fully cooked and mixed up together you'd take it off the heat.
Then you take 2 boxes of Walmart brand mac and cheese, make them like normal. It takes 10 minutes to cook, strain, and put back in the same pot. Mix everything together in a pot, and combine. It looks like shit and tastes pretty good.
>>
>>21097723
This is unfortunately the pinnacle of American cooking. The only the can cook is dogshit.
>>
>>21097725
This is poor people cooking. 10 bucks feeding 4 people in 20 mins is pretty good.
>>
>>21097727
All the recipes I've seen are similar to this concept.
>>
Just cook a larger batch of something on sunday
>>
>>21095904
2 packages of Johnsonville sweet italian sausage
1 pound of 80/20
1 bell pepper
1 large onion probably white
1 package 8oz of mushrooms
small can of tomato paste
2 cans of stewed tomatoes, italian style
1 jar of prego original
You have to take all of the casings off the sausage and turn them into balls, they get browned in the pan until they're the right color, don't burn the balls. Use some italian seasoning.
Cook the burger in the meatball juice, shred it all up
wash and cut the bell pepper and the onion and the mushrooms and put them all in the pan too, add the tomato paste, the stewed tomatoes, and the can of prego. Make spaghetti noodles and garlic bread, and if you made it right it should taste p good.

Potato and chorizo burritos
>dice an onion, mince a serrano, set aside
>chop a potato into small uniform squares
>throw tatoes in a bowl and season with cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper
>cook potatoes on a pan for 8 mins or until soft
>add onions and cook until there's enough room to fit the chorizo
>add half a tube of chorizo (cacique pork chorizos are the best), smash down to cook evenly and flip often
>once its shrunk a little and looks closer to brown than pinkish brown add the serranos and mix everything around in the pan
>drop heat to low and crack an egg in it
>you can also add cheese if you wan
>mix until it's all congealed and doesn't look yucky
>add cilantro (if that's your thing)
>you should have something that somewhat resembles picrel
>wrap filling in a warm tortilla, add a shit ton of cilantro (if that's your thing), sear on a pan

>low calorie high protein
All this means is don't add an excuse amounts of grains
Either way one pot meals, soups, bake recipes, or sheet pan recipes are what you want.
>one pot meals usually just have you cook up vegetables, meat, throw in some broth, and then add rice, quinoa, etc
>can use frozen or canned vegetables for maximum low effort
>can go low on your grain of choice
>soups are the same minus the grains especially if you're trying to cut some calories
>bake recipes just marinate the meat in a bag overnight, throw in a pan, and bake
>don't even really have to marinate overnight, and can use any sort of sauce or dressings
>can add some vegetables underneath the meat
>sheet pan is just cut up the vegetables and meat with simple seasonings and throw it on a greased sheet pan to bake
You can probably also make Americanized Italian dishes but just go real easy on the pasta unless you want to either take the effort to make vegetable "noodles" or shell the money out on prepared frozen ones.
>>
>>21095904
>low calorie high protein

make any sort of indian recipe with chicken breasts and a side of your preference, it's super simple, takes less than 20 mins and is cheap and tasty.

Just invest in some proper spices, go to a proper store and get 1 KG of garam masala and cayene, don't spend 25x the money on the little bags in the convenience store

#1
stick sausages in the oven and turn it on
when your oven beeps to signal it reached the temp, poke the sausages a bunch with a fork and flip them, make sur to poke both sides
10m later flip them again and add your prefered kind of potatoes and/or veggies so they can roast and fry in the sausage fat

#2
poke raw sausages
boil them in your biggest pot
when they start changing color add any kind of pasta as well as a bag of frozen veggies, any mix you like
when the pasta is done, drain the water, you can eats as-is or add some fat and stir fry it a bit to have better flavor and texture

Chili is generally good protein using cheap cuts. Basically it's seared chuck that's slow cooked with tomatoes, onions, and a dried pepper blend. Add a little roux to thicken it up. Then take the same concepts and make your own soups in different styles using leftovers. Sear meat, saute veg, deglaze and combine sauce, slow cook, serve.

on the chorizo recipe- just simplify it? get rid of the veggies to cut down on prep time and just eat it straight out of a bowl so you dont have to assemble a burrito. it's literally store bought chorizo and potato and egg it doesn't get any simpler. better yet just pick up taco bell or microwave a frozen dinner if you're so averse to cooking something that takes 15 minutes

meal prep is gay, ingredient prep is the way. with meal prep you do all this shit to get all the meals all ready you cook it all divvy it up then put it away for later but when that later comes you still have to re-cook it for 5-10min. with ingredient prep you do a way less amount of prep work on the prep day just prepping and divvying ingredients and freezing all those so every day you can just toss everything into a pot and soup or slop it in under 15min. high boil 5min into medium boil for the rest.

>>21101154
good recipe but completely incorrect on the back 9 of that post, if you do omad you have to get all your sodium for the day in one meal so use vegeta natur (healthier and cheaper than better than bouillon) to make the broth proper and tasty. see >>21099594

Pan sear steak (or chicken breast or pork chop, whatever). Asparagus (or green beans, or sweat peas, whatever) into same pan while steak or whatever rests.
You are now done.
>>
A few things.

Could do something simple like just fruit, bread, etc.

A bagel with peanut butter or cream cheese is also good.

A go-to of mine is just a tin of herring with something like bread or rice, and a bit of fruit. very simple, good nutrients. expensive though, a tin of herring is $2 for 4oz

Rice is easy too. Rice with some soy sauce is good! a cup of water, boil, add a cup of rice, heat to low or off and cover and let sit like 15 mins. comes out nice. can chop up some chicken or pork or any meat, cook that and add it to the rice.

or boil some spaghetti or penne and toss some shrimp in there, boil until pasta is soft. drain. either sprinkle with italian seasoning, or put in some red sauce and mix it up and serve. good stuff!

or soups! chicken soup is easy. chop up a chicken breast, a couple things of carrots and celery. toss it into a pot with a good amount of chicken stock. boil it for like 20-30 mins until veggies are a bit soft. add 4oz-8oz of egg noodles and keep boiling until the noodles are done. very hearty, and lots of leftovers!

another recipe that my grandma gave me that's kinda cozy for me is also very simple. heat up a pound of 80/20 in a pot, till brown, break it up fine. add a can of corn, red beans, can of petite tomatoes, (DRAIN THE CANS FIRST!!!!) and a cup of rice (i usually use pre-cooked but you might be able to use uncooked rice). add enough water to fill it, a splash of milk or something, and the right amount of taco seasoning for your water. boil it till the rice is done. its not too hard really, and it cooks very nicely. makes good leftovers. about a 4:1:2 carb/fat/protein ratio

hope these are ok :)

This was my GO-TO in my early 20s when I was perpetually short on time and money on account of "asskissing/backstabbing corpo politics climb overtime, and well... entry level salary; basically grab some of these fuckin indian naan breads at your local grocery store (most should have em I'd imagine, marketbasket's a common new england grocerychain chain, they have em, costcos in the boston metro area have em; maybe you can't get these "everywhere" but hell man, improvise, find some bread you like [also these naans imo are fucking excellent for burgers, I still do that from time to time with some grilled mushrooms & pepperjack, or backon & muenster])

anyways you're basically making a really eggy french toast, just soak two of those mofos in two eggs, and leave em to soak for a pretty long time, salt the beaten eggs and add some oregano and red pepper flake. I'd do it in a square glass tupperware container. If you're doing it right, it should be pretty difficult to remove the soaked breads without breaking them, you should need a spatula and some finesse, or just dump that mofo right into the frying pan, and then just like cook that shit. the long soak destroys the structure of the bread, but lets you sponge like the whole fuckin egg up into that slice of bread. very filling, very easy, very "fast" overall (few min prep, beat and season eggs, toss bread in; fuck off for however long you want to do other shit around the house; few min to cook it up, then just enjoy) great thing to 'prep' the second you come home, take a shower, get changed, then cook up and have hot as soon as you're done.

never used chikpeas, but thats more protein. this looks complicated, but ur literally throwing shit in a pan and putting it in the oven and thats it.

I'm usually doing a chicken breast + rice from a rice cooker which is like, 2 minutes of actual work. sometimes ill break out the alfredo sauce if i can spare the calories and do fettucine instead of rice.

other than that you should look to do some marinades then u can eat the same thing over the next 2-3 days. im buying butter chicken sauce and marinade my chicken. a bit of work sunday then almost nothing the next 3 days.

Sloppa from another thread:
Italian sosij (200g)
Ground beef 500g
1 chopped onion
As many cloves of garlic you want
1 can of tomatoes
Water from 1 can of tomatoes
A tablespoon of tomato paste
Splash of balsamico
Oregano and basil
Salt and pepper
1 cube of boullion

Just cook it low and slow for a couple of hours until it's reduced to your liking. Either serve it over pasta, rice, mashed taters. Or chop a head of cabbage, and throw it in from the beginning.

15 minutes of prep, 3-4 servings.
