Every wacky cartoonist on here and anywhere pays attention to Bob Clampett then become mentally ill people, As for Chuck Jones the average joes still likes him but don't think about him too much
Wasn't the last Looney Tunes related things he saw was that one cartoon where Elmer sings Pusher Man.
>>151860698I LOVE the background art in the later theatrical shorts!
>>151861335He did a few more shorts in the 90s. Chariots of Fur, Another Froggy Evening, Superior Duck, Pullet Surprise, From Hare to Eternity, and Father of the Bird.
>>151848525The only people who watched his stuff, largely, were the people who were wealthy enough to own a TV back when the entire cartoon lineup was Looney Toons, Scooby Doo Reruns and all the Hanna-Barbera stuff, pre-Cartoon Network. So basically, just American whites and a handful of affluent families in Japan and Europe. The reason it doesn't get much attention anymore is because the internet is 90% browns (Who never saw them), women (Who didn't care even back then) and chinks (Who couldn't afford a TV back then). Its not that the fans don't still exist, they're just a tiny minority in a global pot these days.
>>151860276I have fond memories of the weird Chuck Jones Tom and Jerry episodes but I haven't seen them in two decades and I'm afraid to rewatch them.
>ruins the industry forever by popularizing sequel slop
>>151860237It's fine, he got to do a movie and the full show.
>>151851461Aladdin really lucked out with Genie. Most of the time, Jinn are pedantic shit heads who will twist your words in order to turn your wish into a nightmare than tell you its your fault for not being specific.
>>151845976Rescuers down under existed before this.
>>151861135Down Under wasn't slop, thoughever.
>>151861027The Hercules one also had the giant advantage that James Woods came back as Hades cause of how much he loves the role plus the entirety of Greek Myth to draw from for characters, settings and threats. I've noticed the big advantage these shows have is just an absolute well spring of source material to draw from alongside just being spinoffs with actual effort put into them, though at the same time the Little Mermaid had a pretty great show with a large cast and interesting concepts without anything to draw from but the first film.
Neil Gaiman bros, how do we separate art from the artist in this case? Especially when so much if his mature art was around women, their abuse and misogyny?
You don't in this case because he's a fucking hack and a lot of his personal monstrousness bleeds into his work.
>>151861276>If giving money away is a concern then just pirate.I’ve seen people say this is still too much. Some anti-Rowlingers say talking about Harry Potter in public forums is too much since you’re keeping the product in the public conscious, thus promoting it, thus giving money to a woman who actively donates to anti tranny causes.

I'm gonna seal up my Honmoon, you're gonna keep coming back. Why? 'Cause you keep smelling the souls, you worthless, amkae-ass demon!\You're gonna stay Golden until you die.You serve no purpose in life- your purpose in life is to be in my Honmoon, sucking on my sword daily. Do you have any hopes for this show improving in S3 or is it just going to get worse as it focuses more on the gay romance for the sake of pleasing its fujo audience?
>>151861882You got Cowgirl Mayberry?
>>151861833Oh good, another "so that the plot can happen!" showrunner.Look, I understand that for the sake of a narrative, sometimes characters have to ignore somewhat obvious solutions to their problems. It's the nature of fiction, and I get that. But when it's involving THE KING OF HELL putting down a shitty sinner who is threatening to incite a war and destroy literally everything, as well as attacking his own pride in the process, that is the moment your characters need to pull out all the stops and actually use what they have at their disposal. Lucifer could have called in any of the Goetia, or even one or two of the Sins - Asmodeus is the weakest of the lot and I guarantee he could wreck Vox without even trying.
Lickable Loona toes.
>>151861810>>Doesn't call their sons to handle Vox for him.>What?I'm not saying he couldn't have done that but its pretty clear they have free will, and he has been neglecting his duties as their ruler for a long time. He might even need the support of the other Sins to give them marching orders. We also know that despite everything he is still super arrogant, he thinks he is untouchable and so much better than sinners he can just ignore them.
>>151861917Yeah she did not think this through Really should had the shows set in different time period to justify some stuff but she wouldn't be able to because she doesn't know how it ends for either
Sí, es una pena terrible al hilo de diciembre le cayó un hilo impostor encima mientras aún era noviembre.
>>151860136I mean, for me Spain is Madre Patria. But the thread is about Latin America.By that logic, we should allow Portugal, too (I don't mind) and so on.A thread about "spanish speaking countries" will leave Brasil out and that would be boring.

>>151857469And honestly she is right, despite the Moomin anime being a treat of it's own it's kind of childish in comparison to the actual Moomin

>>151857262Nah, Ghibli's Moomins were overly saccharine and lacked the Nordic edge which made the comics so fun. They would've made some nice visuals but absolutely butchered the story.

Motion capture kino.
It works better for this than Polar Express, since A Christmas Carol actually has a lot of horror vibes
This movie does the gothic side well, not so much the emotional moments

Why do actors in comic movies get so many repeat gigs?Josh Brolin played Jonah Hex, Thanos, and Cable. Brandon Routh played Superman, Dylan Dog, and Atom. And so on.
>>151858957They're genre sci-fi shit. Xavier isn't even British, he's from upstate NY.
