>>146176793I'm guessing that because of the synth/modulation in their voices, robot characters like Claptrap/XJ9/Optimus Prime/Harbinger just apply much better to pretty much any song because there's already some scratchy digital sound to the voice so the AI can't fuck it up terribly. GLaDOS is the only robot character that can't pull it off but that's because her vocal gimmick of constantly rising and deflating autotune is too hard for the tech to imitate in as wide a sample pool. To get the most out of AI for free, I use several AI models. Dall-e 3 is good but it's staying censored through their API on most authorized chatbots or this well known AI witchhunting journalist will gaslight them into doing so. Flux is good on a general basis and is uncensored to a point, but on online hosted models of it, it's not well trained at base and needs a lot of data and finetuning. Flux has great prompt adherence and the nuance to have fixed fingers, but you can't take a well known character and just enter it in like you can in Dall-e 3. You have to be very specific to get the most out of it or find some LoRa trained version of it online. There's also Illustrious XL SDXL finetuned model which has several variants all together on huggingface. And Otaiku+ which relies on a daily credits system or ads, but you can align the prompt to the lines of an image using reference mode. Only thing that is bad is that Otaiku messes up on fingers half the time and the paid sub is supposed to give access to fix this. I think the best way to get the most out of AI if you have the money is using Flux on your own GPU and getting it trained and finetuned to gelbooru like Illustrious XL.
