Everyone around her is like an obstacle, someone beneath her that is in the way of her achieving her goals and her rise to power. She just feels like a Mary Sue OC that got written in and now the writers don’t have a single clue on how to make a satisfying payoff. Lanolin supposedly started off a startled civilian but then suddenly is this hardened military larper? What? If anything, she is the IDW equivalent of Geoffrey St. John.
