As someone who struggles with similar thoughts, I second the guy in this thread who said just try going outside/getting away from your home. Go on a walk, maybe go shopping and treat yourself. Go to your library and get a membership card. I also suggest getting hobbies that require you get up and move around. I started gardening last year. From what I remember Kaufmo was isolating in his room and no one had interacted with him; we also witness Ragatha apologizing for fake laughing at one of his jokes, so it's possible that was the catalyst, or atleast a factor that made Kaufmo insecure. We obviously never got to see what transpired, but if Jax brought Ragatha along, maybe that was his way of lubricating an opening for Ragatha to do her thing, and apologize. He was at the very least worried enough about his friend to go check up on him and bring the "new girl" to hopefully shake him out of his depression.
