Gelbooru removing Bisexual, to have Bisexual_Male and Bisexual_Female, is a good example. E621 does it even better, where they have some tags that live under the same umbrella (plump gets you exactly the same results as slightly_chubby, for example), so depreciated tags still "exist" for searching, even if they're automatically changed to the new term. But Puffy_Chest hasn't been replaced with anything, small_breasts still misses a ton of images, and there doesn't appear to be any replacement term.
