Dryad Quest - Female Protag in a world of futas. Short, still in development, lots of potential.

Portals of Phereon - I really like this game. Good fun and i love myself a custom character and breeding sim. Play as what you want.

Imparagon - Short, cute, game about transformations. Warning:Furry if not your thing. Play as a character from 3, and your choices transform her.

Town of Magic - Havent finished it yet, but a charming game playing as a girl that has to fight monsters that keep trying to molest her. Not any CGs of the Monster/Girl i remember, but a good game honestly.

Love my futa games. Any suggestions for Futa Protag Games that arent RPGM? Wanna play with just the mouse haha. And not text based games, my imagination is shit.

We talking about Monster Girl Dreams?

It just comes off to me as high quality but too vanilla. I didn't get very far because their iteration of sex combat isn't (and it never is) very engaging while the game seems like it has less monster-girl specific smut in it than Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou, even after the author switched over to SFW manga.
If the main character had more substance or was a girl or there were futa or it was aiming at some other fetish besides just monster-girls I'd be all for it. I'm sure there are plenty of other people out there who'd enjoy it but I can't sit through that.

Frankly "battle fuck" games suck. Mostly because they aren't really what you would expect from something called a "battle fuck" game. A more accurate term for them would be "blue-ball yourself or get fucked" games because "battle fuck" implies you can win the "battle", dominate the girl and have victory sex. In "battle fuck" games however you usually can't and even in the case where you SOMETIMES can you are not meant to (you are given some sort of punishment, like taking damage, getting handicapped, or even outright losing). Not to mention that the rest of the content in those games outside of combat is usually geared towards subs.

Not every game needs to be a text-heavy lifesim or RPG, those are just the most common genres because the vast majority of amateur h-game devs have (at best) the writing skill and not the art or programming skills, so they make HTML lifesim #138 because they can't do anything else.

If you really do have the art and programming skills though there are all sorts of games you could make without having to rely on writing nearly at all. Hell, even if you want to make an RPG or something people would still play it even if the writing sucks if the art is pretty enough.

Azzy, Atugia, and Brint/Brienne are generally considered to have the least issues and are fairly well liked. Unfortunately the first two are also heavily lacking in content compared to most of the other followers.
Etheryn and Arona are tuned around very specific fetishes and have mandatory sex scenes if you put them in your party, if you like their kinks you'll probably like the characters but if you don't they're actively unappealing.
Cait is annoying because as Savin's personal OC she's basically the real main character and most of the plot revolves around her instead of you. Some people also don't like that she's a massive slut.
Kiyoko suffers heavily from being associated with the godawful kitsune content and her writer does not understand the concept of brevity.
Quint is just bad in pretty much every regard.
There's also a harpy I can't even remember the name of but she's utterly forgettable and has almost no content yet is included as a companion for some reason.

hate to dogpile on a free game, but I just updated on a save in the middle of winter and its immediately very tedious. I even bought a warm winter coat, pants, boots, and leg-warmers and still get too cold outdoors. The consequences of freezing aren't sexy, just seems like fainting with extra steps. All of the scenes lose so much impact because it feels like they have no consequences for losing or winning them. Especially as someone who has played multiple times before, it's so hard to bother to read everything and get into the setting and mood so that any of the scenes feel actually relevant. Every preset encounter to save NPCs is either "Try again next time!" or "You won anyway" but it still makes you not want to engage the encounter until you can win because you might miss out on content for losing a fight.

I like DoL's new temperature stuff a lot but it's clear it didn't take a lot of other mechanics into mind. Since this seem to be turning into another "CoC2 hate" thread, I'm going to repost my thoughts on it from the previous one:
It's very underwhelming. It's a game that requires ambition, developed by a team that has none. If CoC was anything like it then I don't get how it got a sequel.

The transformations are for the most part cosmetic... In a game that has doesn't show you your characters appearance, it only gives you a wall of text. There are character customization games old enough to vote.

The core idea of aping Vampire Survivors but with porn is a good one but this commits one massive blunder by using WASD + mouse aiming (+ mouse menuing), thus occupying both of your hands at basically all times. It is, without a doubt, one of the greatest /d/ games ever made and we might never see anything else to come close to the particular experience it provides.
But it also feels like it has reached its peak.
I used to defend DoL, even now I think many of the early people to attack Vrel really were very immature people - but Vrel does seem to have abandoned it? Many cosmetic improvements, but the game design schema is deteriorating. One of the overlooked deteriorations I think was allowing the player to rest in places other than the orphanage or stress-max-hospital-rest, so the player character is no longer really a vulnerable orphan who has to come back to the orphanage from some essential neccesity. I think the project went offroad from there.

Alright, idea guys. Give me your best idea for a Touhou futa game. A self insert fuckfest or something is probably the easiest setting.

Unless you're going to make your own "build-a-touhou" for a self insert (lots of extra work) just make the main character one of the existing touhou girls, much easier and won't offend any touhou fans.

Some Touhou character releases a seal on a yokai of futanari/hermaphoriditism/lust that then futanari-ifies all the characters, the player has to stop them or else they get grabbed and become a wife.
You can't go wrong with super generic plots like this.
Honestly? Just use RPGmaker but instead of having any actual combats, make every fight a puzzle where you have to pick up some items and use them. You'll probably lose and get the sex the first time you start each fight but it'll become easy to solve after that.
