Picrel is an indian schizo that has been shitting up the threads, by calling almost everything "embarassing" or "pathetic" and everyone that calls out his retardedness "mowglischizo" he also replies to the charts as "garbage" he also likes to spam report this image whenever it is uploaded.

I'm beginning to get more and more interested into fragrances that are polarizing rather than mass appealing. So I blind bought fragrances like Tuscan Leather, Arabians Tonka and Red Tobacco Intense and I really love how unique each of them smell, despite the fact that some people may find them disgusting. I'm also about to blind buy Kouros. What rare polarizing fragrances would you recommend and that also have beastly projection and good longevity? And don't recommend shit like Secretions Magnifiques, which is not polarizing, but instead it was made to terrorize the masses just like Dior Sauvage was made to please them.

Unironically Bois Imperial, although the people who don’t like (genuinely) usually dislike it more because they find it boring, not because they actively dislike it. (Give it a day and there will be plenty of posts disagreeing with that last statement as well.)

Tyrannosaurus Rex by Zoologist is also super loud and probably love or hate.
Tonnerre by BeauFort London is the same.
Megamare is an aquatic that’s supposedly wildly loud and polarizing.

I’m not sure if it would qualify as ‘polarizing’ but Ganymede EdP has some mixed opinions and is definitely a bit unconventional to standard frags.

It isn’t quite loud, and I think modern formulations tend to lean more appealing, but Fahrenheit used to be very polarizing with some registering it as the smell of gasoline.

If you get a sample of T-Rex from Zoologist, grab Bee as well. A lot of people rate it really high (#1 scent from the house on Parfumo) but it smells terribly synthetic sweet to me, and I like what most people on here describe as sweetslop.

That covers most of them, I think.

Use pliers. You need to cover the cap with like a sock or something else you will scratch it and it’ll be obvious. Some bottle will twist off when you use pliers so you can just refill it with a funnel or something. Some of them (invictus for example) don’t. So for them you need syringes with the really thin needle and you can refill it slowly through the valve.
Works best if you only refill 80/90% of the bottle and say you weren’t a fan or something so people don’t get suspicious as to why you’re selling it

Lalique Lion is a beautiful fragrance kind of in the vein of Bois du Portugal and New York Intense. it's a classed-up semi-oriental fougere, with rich sandalwood, vanilla, spices and powdery florals sitting below nice fresh lavender, citrus and green aromatics
so a really balanced and complex scent that you can wear year-round

Armani’s fragrances are mostly pretty solid for designer fragrances, it’s just that they have a really confusing release strategy of billion flankers and revisions which is annoying, while those fragrances are still nothing but revisions of older formulas like Armani Code or Acqua di Gio that everyone is already familiar with. So, somehow they manage to simultaneously be kind of dull and predictable, yet still annoying and confusing - it’s like Coca-Cola suddenly stopped selling OG Coca-Cola and released 3 new slightly different Cola releases and you’d have to figure out what suits your taste while you really just want the OG back.
>>
Just discovered one of my mechanics at work is a fragrance autist, motherfucker showed me his collection and now I feel shame. He has at least 16 bottles of Aventus with batches going all the way to the beginning. My mind is boggled, completely unexpected.

Listen shit skin, I'm sorry you're a subhuman who's smell of smell has been nuked by your cultures literal worship of cowshit. For the rest of us, Aventus is a fantastic frag however the smell has changed dramatically over the years to the point where modern batches are more like a close flanker of the original.

ELDO literally lets you make 4 pack sample kits. You can choose Rien, Rien Intense Incense, and two other things that strike your fancy.

As for scenarios to wear it, when you’re trying to clear a path in a crowded room. When bio warfare has been reinstated due to world collapse.

Jokes aside, it’s a loud, linear, generic incense fragrance that doesn’t evolve much. Do with that what you will.

The smell of burning wood is, duh, smoke, and there’s at least one if not multiple examples in this thread alone. If you want the smell “in the distance” then that’s on you to spray accordingly. You can’t have some be faint or in the distance if you spray 15-20 times. You want it faint, spray once.
