So far I have lost 32kg/70p from 105kg. I am 6.2 and I went from being skinny fat to skinny fat. The reason I'm making this thread is because in order to go from 75kg to 72.6kg I reduced my calories all the way down to 1200 / 1500 on a bad day. The worst part is that I wasnt even losing that much weight per week, probably less than half a kilo. To add insult to injury I just got over a week long cold and I gained back 1.4kg just by eating regular 2k calorie diet putting me at 74kg again which is devastating. Anyway clearly my strategy is simply not working. So I would appreciate any advice to dig myself out of this

Start doing >10k steps a day, worked wonders for me on a cut, reducing calories below 1200 is just plain stupid.
Also diet fatigue is a thing, you may need to stau on maintenance calories for few weeks after losing so much weight
