Learning bw movements is not hard, many don't have that much carryover to the 3 comp lifts most people here care about, so many people don't train them. If you know how to train, its not hard to pick up some bw movements for reps. I too can also do 3 plate dips and 2 plate pull-ups @ 93kg, but I stopped training them because they did not have much carryover to my lifts. Deadlifting you want horizontal pulling, not vertical. There are way better triceps exercises than dips.

After 6 sessions off mats I'm working off the floor again, first session 600x2. Goal 610x2, then 620x2 but I'd be happy with 1 since 620 would be a new top single. But with the way bar flex works I almost just want to try 675 since it would flex more and make for probably an easier lift than 600-670.
