Best variation to fix sloppy inconsistent off the floor on deadlifts? it's 50/50 if I get that nice pop off, tight bar path and good glute activation vs just tard strength stiff leg grinders. I think my problem is that my setup includes wedging in a lot, so on warm-ups until around 3pl8 or so the bar floats before I make shin contact and the pull even begins.
