Men and women don't have the same butts. Men need more muscle to build a big firm round butt. Women need more bodyfat to develop a big jiggly butt.

You don't see guys with big jiggly butts because we don't have the bodyfat for it. Therefore you need more glute stimulus than women do. But as Men we also have stronger quads than women. So you also have to limit quad growth because you don't want them to overshadow your butt and then you get big quads and a small firm butts like bodybuilders which is not that you want.

Big butts and small to medium sized quads is the goal, which takes a specialized glute focused routine
