will an EZ bar prevent forearm pain when curling? i've never used one and only use a homegym.
Definitely helps.Get a bicep blaster to really isolate that shit and save your elbow.
I don't know, but you can try concentrating the weight on the inside of your hand (I.e. - below the pinky as opposed to index) while making sure your wrists do not go into flexion on the straight barbell. This helps me avoid any forearm pain.
>>75472875i tried something like that and it only made it worse, i cant afford to focus on form autism so i kind of want a quick solution
>>75472830Eh... not really. Keep your hand curled towards your body, not straight out.
>>75472830>will an EZ bar prevent forearm pain when curling? i've never used one and only use a homegym.no, if that helped u would just take dumbbels and it would help instantly and it fucking doesn't >so what helps? i find that working each head separately and brachialis separately also in beautiful isolations of my invetion wherein shoulder is completely loose fixes the issue: >>75434540oh what a coincidence, it's the exact same thread with exact same le graphic :D
>>75472850long head is kinked twice - so it's not isolated - muscle fibers must be straight between origin and attachment, your own skeleton can't obstruct it's way when it is trying to contract which happens in shoulder for long head as it descends and twists and turns from scapula, it will sputter but it will work and ruin your biceps elbow tendon short head is mainly for supination, not supinated supinating, but it will work also - so long isn't isolated from short and vice versa and brachialis of course will work also so tension veers from one muscle to other, to another head and at least one of them is violently sputtering trying to contract but it can't biceps blaster is not isolating anything but shoulder, to isolate something means u are able to rack up tens of seconds of time under continuous tension on muscle/head belly
put your fists under it and hook thumbs over the top
>>75473877>>75473843>>75473843>>>75434540 repost so it doesn't get "lost" u need 3 separate movements for each muscle/head from ur graphic:brachialis: arm as if it was on a sling across your torso, forearm fully pronated and bend elbow no more than 90 degs - this will make sure your biceps does not hop in and "help" brachialis (brachioradialis too unless u do it limp wristed which is also an option), elbow travels back and forth shoulder looseshort head: u need supinations against resistance with suported forearm, tie belt on small plate, wrap belt around palm so that it tries to pronate your forearm by unwinding, sit down spread thighs and support your forearm on thigh and enjoy your short head of biceps>but i want big beautiful biceps peakthat's long head: to straighten muscle fibers of long head (which originates in completely different place than short - look it up) u need full external shoulder rotation (webm for illustration purposes) and u need 90 degs or so of adduction of humerus, yes exactly like if u were doing front double biceps, so u lean torso to the side so it is near horizontal (i like to stand on sth with opposite leg) fully externally rotate shoulder and there u weigh the weight of the dumbbell on isolated long head of biceps, shoulder loose and elbow travels back and forth>why can't i curl like and regular brobiceps blaster, ez-bar - this thread is literally - buy more chink shit u do not need and won't work lol >>75473890no bot, it doesn't work for the reasons i already explained at length :D
>>75473904you're over thinking it and missing the point which is keeping the wrists straight and neutral.
>>75472830My forearms also hurt with barbell curling.EZ bars are a little better but dumbbells always felt the best.
>>75473918bot, overthinking what? yesterday i fucking went ham on long head: >>75473904>that's long head: to straighten muscle fibers of long head (which originates in completely different place than short - look it up) u need full external shoulder rotation (webm for illustration purposes) and u need 90 degs or so of adduction of humerus, yes exactly like if u were doing front double biceps, so u lean torso to the side so it is near horizontal (i like to stand on sth with opposite leg) fully externally rotate shoulder and there u weigh the weight of the dumbbell on isolated long head of biceps, shoulder loose and elbow travels back and forthi also move elbow closer to torso, it looks a bit like armrestling setup but with completly loose shoulder and external rotation of it anyways i thought i overdid it a little, but no - elbows feel like fucking butter today - no signs of maxing out curls of any kind lol >>75473927>EZ bars are a little better but dumbbells always felt the best.and one umbbell in this exact setup i am describing above is da fucking best u want full supination of forearm and u don't even hold the weight it just lies on pinky side of your loosely closed palm and u "curl" outwards, technically u just weigh the weight on isolated muscle belly u have correctly performed my variation when u feel absolutely nothing in your elbow
>>75473989yeah you had amphetamine-induced mania when you were typing all that out yesterday.sometimes the simpler answer is better
>>75473999>amphetamine-induced maniaxD call it whatever bot, yes i play with u a lot because it gives awesome results, i treat u as near perfect negative indicator, the starting point is always exactly the opposite of what u say here with 1000 voices of your fake traffic bot the overarching assumption is that your aim here is to fuck unsuspecting reader up and it's glaring beaming fact if one spends enough time playing with u bot
>>75474011you can call me a bot after you ditch the chat gpt nonsense lol
>>75474024would love to see this much insight from shit stained pajet fangers written code - that is u bot but u manage to throw half assed insults only >>75473989>>75473904>>75473877>>75473843

>>75474506>uh oh stinkywoah so eloquentlist of my posts: >>75474297
>>75475225post body
Curl bar is mostly useless, incline dumbel curl is a far better exersise in almost every aspects
>>75475244dumbbells do feel best, but i can't progressively overload them which is exactly what i'm trying to do.
