Just finished an hour and twenty two minute hike in the snow. Up and down the back hill and into the woods a bit, ten times. Do it daily and can recommend it. Tiring but in a good way. Plus, it gets me limber for other exercises afterwards.

I walked 23k steps today. I average 17k+ steps / day (walking + running total, mostly walking) so far this year. I do resistance training maybe 1hr/day on average. I still don't feel very good, but I feel even worse if I sit down a lot inside. I've found that walking helps a lot with IBS-like symptoms.I wish I could read while walking. I love reading but I hate sitting down. Audiobooks don't work for most books.
