Identify what is causing the pain first and stop it. What's your routine look like?
For me, I started getting awful bicep tendonitis because I started doing weighted pull ups, dips, and low bar squats.
The low bar squats is notorious for causing bicep tendonitis but I couldn't go back to high bar because I was moving so much weight and it felt right.
I stopped doing weighted pull ups and dips for a few weeks, switched to rings unweighted and added in some forearm reverse curls in lieu of regular curls and the pain seems to have been worked around.
Once I'm done with my bulk I plan on taking a few weeks off for rehab stretches, HGH, bpc 157, and tb500.

Try switching to doing biceps curl with the EZ bar. That fixed my pain.
