well yea u need internal shoulder rotation and forearm pronation to the fullest, unilaterally straight in front of u, just move humerus through 90 degs angle like 2 inches or so, bonus points for lower traps isolated in series alongside side delt or

just stand with one dumbbell in good posture and reach as high and back as u can with it as possible turning elbow back as far as it goes (internal shoulder rotation again), let up a little (not much) and crank the positioning back up

both isolate side delt impingelessly and without fail

I also started doing full rom front raises on cables
also full rom rear delt fly on cables, starting with your arm fully on the opposite side of the body, insane rear delt pump
absolute staples on delt day, can't imagine going back to some bullshit like ohp or partial laterals
