How do you work out with a missing arm? I've gotten my mood over losing mine after an accident a few weeks ago (ends at the elbow) and now i dont know what ill be able to even do once im fully recovered, i dont think i can squat or bench press unless i get a prosthethic (and that shit is expensive as hell so i gotta take care of it)Any ideas anons?
>>75735438You just workout the side you can. There's some weird cross body phenomenon where it adds muscle to side that isn't worked (to an extent). Hypertrophy isn't entirely localized.
>>75735438wolf literally destroyed the unjust japanese feudal system with one arm i think you can do some silly workouts
>>75735438Is front squat an option?
>>75735438Lots of straps and cablesCable crossover you can do with one arm, although you'll need to put more weight on the short arm since the leverage is better.I don't think you'll be able to train biceps and triceps. Maybe if you flex them super hard?
leg press instead of squatting
>>75735438you can probably do a safety bar squat
>>75735438Get sacrificed in a demonic ritual, survive, find a 100kg heavy sword, hunt demons every day and every night and the gains will come on their own
>>75735438This seems like a job for an occupational therapists. There's gotta be attachments for your stump so you can do cable flies and delt work. Just looking around and found Mike Diehl who trains with 1 arm. Maybe you could reach out and see how he does it. Good luck bro.
/sci/ looks like it's making some progress on the research for regrowing them soon: >>>/sci/16531799>Generation of iPSC-derived limb progenitor-like cells for stimulating phalange regeneration in the adult mouse>https://www.nature.com/articles/celldisc201746There are a few allotransplantation programs out there, but I think they are still mostly for people down both arms.
>All these bad suggestions.Isn't there someone who can give OP a hand?
