Sure, I specifically made this out of trial and error to stop myself from getting injured. I kept tearing my inner thigh on squats and deadlifts and for bench press my major pec tendon would get hurt too. I used to do 3x full body and assumed I created some imbalances so decided to do a lot more bb movements than I used to hitting the muscles from different angles.

Mon - Push
Main comp bench
Incline bench (work up to 1 heavy set 8 reps)
Seated db press (work up to 1 heavy set 8 reps)
Some kind of fly db or machine 3-4 sets 8+ reps
2 triceps exercises (rope pushdown and some overhead stuff) 3 sets each 8+ reps
Lat raises 4 sets 8+ reps

Tue - Squat + Pull
Main squat
Some kind of free weight row (standard, kroc, yate etc)
2 back machines of your choice
heavy shrugs
1-2 bicep curling exercies
face pulls or reverse pec deck for rear delts

Thu - Upper (a mix of Mon and Tue)
Main comp bench
Front delt exercise usually machine
Some kind of free weight row
Some back machine
a little of triceps and biceps

Sat - Lower
Main deadlift
3-4 sets of romanian
some squatty movement (hack, belt, leg press etc)
leg extensions
hamstring curl
adductor machine
calves + abs if you care for those

Main bench is Nuckols 3x adv bench template i modified it to 2x a week running it 6 weeks instead of 4 weeks, swapped close grip with spoto press too.
Main Squat is 5/3/1 with 2-3 back off sets lighter weight I try to do sets of 5 on the back off sets.
Main Deadlift is just base 5/3/1 so only 1 heavy top set.
The accessories afterwards are usually in the 8 rep range 3-4 sets
