i just started bulgarian split squats yesterday and holy FUCK my ass is burning. never really exercised in my life besides skateboarding longboarding. it hurts to even sit down. i love it

question tho. i love the rest of my body as is, i just wanna do glutes and target them exclusively. i dont wanna get all muscly, i just want my butt to be fuller. what exercises can i do to target just the glutes with as minimal others as possible? are BGSS one of the best for that?

just get your protein and follow any glute exercise routine, there's a million on the internet. you don't need to be picky about exercises, your legs won't blow up with muscle or anything. squats, pistol squats, resistance bands, hip thrusts, donkey kicks, romanian deadlifts. good luck
