Realized I will never be fit as long as I keep drinking. Been tapering down but notice I get heart palpitations at night. I’ll wake up in the middle of the night heart racing and sweating all over. start Day 4 no caffeine, day 3 wasn't too bad, didn't have headaches, slight all permeating fatigue but work out wasn't too bad energy-wise. still slightly over eating. slept okayish still woke up once in the night to piss, but i am having vivid dreams that i remember now hopefully that's a sign of improving sleep quality. i think i'm over the worst of it already so the next 8 days should be easy enough.
