Thinking about quiting my job for a year, go somewhere with a nice climate and just focus on getting healthy. But I'd probably fuck that up too. Besides, where would I go?
An overlooked aspect of success is simply distraction. Hungry? Probably not, you might be experiencing something else, like thirst, the need for sleep, or you may simply be experiencing a craving. Give it time, it will pass. If you keep yourself busy, you won't have time to be distracted by those physiological occurrences. Not to say that they won't happen, but you'll be less likely to even register them.The point is, if you keep yourself busy and moving, you won't stop to think about food. Go take a walk, do some chores, or even do something stationary but active that demands a certain amount of mental investment from you (like video games) and you'll find yourself keeping the food at bay.

Cut them into medallions, 1 chicken breast half should net 5-7 depending on the size. This makes it easier to portion later.Dry brine it in the fridge for 2-24h, but preferably around 8. This makes it juicier and harder to overcook.If you wet brine this can go quicker, around 1 hour minimum if you're really in a hurry, but I would recommend longer.Cut up the vegetables. You can see they're all fairly chunky, only the garlic is finely diced.Onions, celery, chili (aromatics) in one bowl. Cauliflower and broccoli in another. Get a bigger pot than you first think you'll need, at least 3 liters.Spray oil to cover bottom of the pot on low heat. Add the aromatics with 1g salt per 200g of veggies, stir around until they get a bit translucent and softer.
