There is no point unless you have some very weird extreme balance issueIf you can front raise your squat weight you're not squatting, you're doing a front raise and happen to do a squat movement at the same timeYour shoulders will tire out before your squat is even at 10% of intensity so the muscle stimulus is as low as when you walk up the stairs
The second exercise I saw one guy doing it at the gym.Imagine a guy pulling his pants up, but it's two dumbbells instead and he's trying to pull them to his armpits with his elbows like in the picture. What is this for?
