What temporary weight things are there besides water weight? I’m losing twice as much as I thought I would. Glycogen? What else? I don’t have much muscle at all so I don’t think I’m losing much of that.
My daily weights are much more steady and less of a roller coaster if I don’t eat fast food even within my calorie limit. The less frequent and less dramatic fluctuations certainly make charting and seeing the progress easier.
